What we measure
We publish clear definitions and track results consistently across all 16-week courses and programs. Core indicators include:
- Learning achievement: program learning outcomes mapped to course outcomes and rubric results
- Course success: completion rates, average final grades, and instructor feedback timeliness
- Progress and retention: term-to-term persistence and on-time program pace
- Graduation and continuation: completion rates and next-step enrollment or employment self-reports
- Student experience: orientation completion, instructor interaction (RSI) audits, and end-of-course surveys
