Our approach:

Advising and the library aim to reply within two business days. The accessibility intake aims for five business days. Tech support is available 24/7 for urgent access issues.
Is live tutoring available?
No. We are fully online and do not offer live tutoring. You will use self-service writing and study resources, instructor office hours, and LMS guides.
How do I request accommodations?
Use the Request accommodations form in the portal. If you do not have documentation, start the conversation and describe the barriers you face.
